Trust and privacy at Sprault
Sprault is being built with clear boundaries, responsible data practices and the security people should expect from a personal finance platform. Sprault is pre-launch: it does not currently hold, manage or invest customer money.
Privacy by design
Your information is used to provide and improve your Sprault experience. Sprault does not sell personal financial data.
You stay in control
Users can add their financial information manually. Connecting a bank account will not be required to use Sprault.
Secure infrastructure
Financial and personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Responsible open banking
When account connections launch, they will be provided through regulated open-banking infrastructure. Sprault will not ask users to share their bank login details directly with Sprault.
Clear guidance boundaries
Sprault provides financial planning tools, educational information and guidance. It does not currently provide financial advice, investment recommendations or regulated financial services.
AI and personal information
Sprault is designed to minimise the personal information sent to AI systems. Names, surnames and email addresses should not be included in financial guidance prompts.
